Stable angina is a chronic condition caused by decreased blood flow to the heart muscle, typically due to plaque build-up and narrowing of the coronary arteries. This results in periods of heart muscle ischemia, which causes the chest pain. Treatment for chronic stable angina is focused on decreasing the workload of the heart.

Nephrotic syndrome is an immunologic disorder that affects the kidneys. In response to an inflammatory response in the glomerulus, large holes form in the membrane that allow protein to leak into the urine. This causes proteinuria (high protein in the urine) and hypoproteinemia (low protein in the blood), leading to third-spacing and edema. Common causes of nephrotic syndrome include bacterial/viral infection, NSAIDS, cancer, strep, lupus, diabetes, and other conditions of inflammation and impaired immunity.

Here are some tips on how I passed my NCLEX-RN on my FIRST ATTEMPT🙏🤲👏
I used Saunders, Archer, RNpedia, registerednursern.com and other miscellaneous materials.
I spent  2-4 hours on my studies every day 2 months prior to my exam. I made my own clean notes (the thing is if I write it I never forget it). I had group discussions, presentations with people in my group, daily assignments etc. 
When you are taking your exam read the questions carefully and understand it as well as the options given(one word can throw you off). Trust your first instinct and don't dwell too much on one question. With SATAs only pick what you are sure of. Be a Registered Nurse in all questions given to you (WHAT WILL A REGISTERED NURSE DO?), and lastly fight till your last question.

I wrote my NCLEX-RN and passed on first attempt (I just got my lisence from the Board of Nursing approved)
NCLEX was tough and required critical thinking and reading the questions as well as the options given carefully. I  got 145 questions and among those 50 SATA questions, the more I answered the more difficult  questions I got. I really had anxiety after the exam🥲

In heart failure, the heart is unable to pump adequate blood to maintain circulation, resulting in the backing up of blood. When the disease mainly affects the left side of the heart, blood will back up into the lungs; when mainly the right side is affected, systemic circulation becomes overloaded. Heart failure is caused by problems with ventricular cardiac muscle function resulting from diseases such as hypertension, endocarditis, cardiomegaly, valvular insufficiency, or myocardial infarctions.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) describes a group of lung diseases where airflow is blocked, including chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and asthma. Treatment of COPD is supportive and typically includes supplemental oxygen (as needed to maintain SpO2 88-92%), medications to decrease inflammation and mucus, and management of symptoms through dietary and lifestyle modifications.
